Growing Confidence in Young Ladies (GCYL) supports girls aged 8-18 across England, particularly those facing disadvantage or barriers to reaching their potential, through educational workshops, mentoring and volunteering. We build confidence and life skills, signpost girls to specialist services where needed, and provide personal care packs to relieve need, helping them thrive.

Objects: Gcyl Aims To Act As A Resource For Girls Aged 8 - 18 Living In England By Providing Advice And Assistance And Organising Programmes Of Educational And Other Activities As A Means Of: (A) Advancing In Life And Helping Girls By Developing Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Independent, Mature And Responsible Individuals; (B) Advancing Education; (C) Signposting To Counselling Or Other Specialist Services As Required And; (D) Relieving Their Needs Through The Provision Of Personal Care Packs
