Activities
The Leek Town Centre Youth Project, Staffordshire, also known as @21 provides a safe and welcoming drop-in centre for teenagers aged between 13 and 18 years three times per week. They are able to socialise, enjoy positive activities and receive support and advise from trained youth workers. The aim is to develop the young people's self-confidence, respect for others and positive community values.
Objects: 1. To Provide Or Assist In The Provision Of Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For The Recreation Or Other Leisure-Time Occupation Of Young Persons Resident In Leek Who Have Need Of Such Facilities, With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life.2. To Advance The Education Of Children And Young Persons Through Leisure Time Activity So As To Develop Their Physical Mental And Spiritual Capacities That They May Grow To Maturity As Individuals And Members Of Society.3. To Promote Such Other Charitable Purpose For The Benefit Of Young Persons Resident In Leek As The Committee In Their Absolute Discretion Think Fit
