Supporting teenage girls facing disadvantage to grow stronger in body, mind and outlook, with girls themselves taking the lead and shaping what we do. We champion the rights of women and girls to be heard, access opportunities and play an active role in their communities. Our vision is a future where every girl has a voice, a choice and the opportunity to thrive.

Objects: To Relieve The Needs Of Girls And Young Women Aged 10-18 Living In London Who Are Disadvantaged By Reason Of Poverty, Social Or Economic Circumstances, Or Lack Of Educational Opportunity, By: (A) Advancing Their Education Through Supplementary Educational Programmes, Vocational Training, And Skills Development; (B) Advancing Their Personal Development Through Structured Mentoring And Guidance Programmes Designed To Develop Their Skills, Capacities, And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Independent, Mature, And Responsible Individuals; And (C) Providing Recreational And Leisure Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For These Girls And Young Women Who Have Need By Reason Of Their Youth And Social And Economic Circumstances, With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life.
