Objects: The Following Objects Of The CIO Are For The Public Benefit:-To Advance The Islamic Religion In Particular But Not Exclusively By Facilitating The Distribution Of Literature That Teaches People About Islam;to Advance Education In Particular But Not Exclusively By Providing Scholastic Material And Financial Assistance To Struggling Students And School Dropouts;to Relieve Poverty, In Particular But Not Exclusively By Assisting In Solving Water Problems By Building Water Wells And Boreholes;to Relieve The Financial Need And Suffering Among Victims Of Natural Or Other Kinds Of Disaster In The Form Of Money (Or Other Means Deemed Suitable) For Persons, Bodies, Organisations And/or Countries Affected;to Relieve Sickness And To Preserve And Protect Good Health, In Particular Bit Not Exclusively By Providing Financial Or Other Assistance To Those Who Need Medical Care Or Assistance’ And To Provide Or Assist In The Provision Of Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disability, Financial Hardship Or Social Circumstances With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
