Activities

The Kamren Singh Rai Foundation supports young men by promoting positive mental health, wellbeing and suicide prevention. We aim to raise awareness, reduce stigma, encourage open conversations and provide support through community projects, education, events, fundraising and signposting to appropriate services.

Objects: The Object Of The CIO Is:to Preserve And Protect The Mental Health Of Young People, Particularly But Not Exclusively Those Aged 15 To 30 Years Living In England And India, For The Public Benefit, By:(i) Raising Awareness And Understanding Of Mental Health Issues;(ii) Providing And Supporting Education, Information And Resources Relating To Mental Wellbeing;(iii) Signposting And Facilitating Access To Professional And Community-Based Mental Health Support Services; And(iv) Supporting Organisations And Initiatives That Promote Positive Mental Health And Wellbeing.
