Objects: To Promote Social Inclusion For The Public Benefit By Working With People In London And The UK Who Are Socially Excluded On The Grounds Of Their Ethnic Origin, Religion, Belief Or Creed (In Particular Those Of Swahili Descent) To Relieve The Needs Of Such People And Assist Them To Integrate Into Society, In Particular By: A/ Increasing Or Co-Ordinating Opportunities For Members Of The Swahili Community To Engage With Service Providers, To Enable Those Providers To Adapt Services To Better Meet The Needs Of That Community. B/ Promoting Educational, Training, Social And Recreational Events Involving The Local Community.c/ Building People’s Knowledge And Confidence In Their Own Cultural Heritage And Its Potential Contribution To A Multi-Cultural Society.for The Purpose Of This Clause ‘Socially Excluded’ Means Being Excluded From Society, Or Part Of Society, As A Result Of Being A Member Of A Socially And Economically Deprived Community.
