See-Me delivers its aims through mentoring and coaching to build confidence and skills, workshops for SEND students, parents and employers, partnership work creating supported work experience, advocacy to raise awareness, and resources such as guides and toolkits. All activity promotes inclusion, independence and equal opportunities for people with SEND.
Objects: The Relief Of Those In Need By Reason Of Disability And Special Educational Needs (Send), Particularly But Not Exclusively Of Young People And Those Facing Barriers To Employment By: (A) Providing Access To Mentoring And Tailored Support To Build Communication Skills And Confidence (B) Providing Workshops And Training On Topics Such As Workplace Inclusion And Interview Preparation(c) Promoting Understanding Of Send In The Workplace And The Support Of Inclusive Practices
