**Objects:** (1) TO ADVANCE THE RUSSIAN ORTHODOX CHURCH OUTSIDE RUSSIA CHRISTIAN FAITH INCLUDING BY, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROMOTION OF THE RELIGIOUS LIFE, THE HOLDING OF PRAYER MEETINGS, LECTURES, PUBLIC CELEBRATION OF CHRISTIAN FESTIVALS, PRODUCING AND/OR DISTRIBUTING LITERATURE ON DEEPENING THE CHRISTIAN FAITH TO ENLIGHTEN OTHERS ABOUT THE CHRISTIAN FAITH. (2) TO RELIEVE PERSONS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME-TO-TIME THINK FIT.

**Activities:** (1) To advance the Russian Orthodox Christian faith by holding of prayer meetings, lectures, public celebration of Christian festivals, producing and/or distributing literature on deepening the Christian faith to enlighten others about it.(2) To relieve persons who are in conditions of need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage as it may fit.
