To Relieve Poverty And To Promote Good Health In Rural Communities Based In Northern Tanzania, In Particular But Not Exclusively For Children Attending Schools In The Towns Of Lobeni, Landanai And Moshi By Establishing, Planting, Maintaining, And Supporting The Provision Of Fruit Trees In Public Or Community-Accessible Spaces And To Distribute The Fruit For Their Benefit; And2. To Advance Education For The Public Benefit By Providing Financial Support To The Schools Through The Sale Of The Fruit Grown In Order To Buy Such Equipment Or Items / Facilities Or For Such Educational Purposes As Deemed Appropriate.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
