Objects: To Preserve And Protect The Good Mental And Physical Health Of Current And Former Military Personnel And Blue Light Services Workers (Such As Police, Firefighters, And Paramedics) Who Are Experiencing Mental Illhealth As A Result Of Workplace Trauma By:• Providing Free Individual Counselling And Cognitive Behavioural Sessions With A Qualified Professional; • Facilitating Group Therapy And Peer Support Sessions Overseen By Suitably Qualified Individuals;• Educating Beneficiaries On Mindfulness And Meditation Techniques; And• Raising Awareness Amongst The Wider Public About The Effects Of Workplace Trauma To Reduce Stigma.
