To Promote Community Participation In Healthy Recreational Activities, In Particular The Sport Of Sailing And Other Water-Based Amateur Sports, By Providing Facilities, Equipment And Training.2. To Advance The Education And Skills Of Children And Young People Through Formal And Informal Instruction In Sailing, Water Safety And Related Activities So As To Develop Their Physical, Mental Capacities.3. To Provide Recreational Facilities And Leisure-Time Activities For The Public At Large, And For Those Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, In The Interests Of Social, Welfare And With The Aim Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For Participants.
