The charity is building a wheelchair-accessible catamaran, providing sailing opportunities to those with varying disabilities so that anyone, whatever their disability, has the opportunity to sail. These trips will be either day trips or residential, allowing people to experience the freedom and adventure of sailing.
Objects: The Object Of The CIO Is, Solely For The Public Benefit, The Relief Of Disabled Or Disadvantaged People, In Particular (But Not Solely) Through The Provision Of: 1. Facilities For Recreation, Including The Provision Of Sailing Boats And Other Sailing-Related Equipment; 2. Training And Instruction In Sailing And Sailing-Related Activities; 3. And/or Such Forms Of Support As The Trustees May In Their Sole Discretion Think Fit, With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For Such Persons.
