TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF EMERGENCY SERVICE PERSONNEL IN THE UK (INCLUDING POLICE, FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICE, ARMED FORCES, AMBULANCE SERVICE AND FRONTLINE NHS STAFF) AND THEIR FAMILIES WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF DISABILITY OR ILL-HEALTH BY PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES TO PARTAKE IN ADAPTIVE SPORTS PROGRAMMES AND ANY OTHER SUPPORT WHICH WILL ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE FULLY IN SUCH ACTIVITIES. 2. TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF YOUNG OFFENDERS AGED 10 TO 17 BY PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPABILITIES AND CAPACITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
