**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC:(1)  TO PROTECT AND PROMOTE THE MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH OF PEOPLE IN THE UK, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE EXPERIENCING ABUSE, TRAUMA OR CRISIS, BY THE PROVISION OF AN ACCESSIBLE, SPECIALIST COUNSELLING SERVICE; AND (2)  TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN SUBJECTS RELATING TO TRAUMA-INFORMED COUNSELLING INTERVENTIONS IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT, INCLUDING BY THE PROVISION OF TRAINING AND SUPERVISION OF COUNSELLORS WORKING IN EITHER PROFESSIONAL OR VOLUNTARY SETTINGS.

**Activities:** Here at Simply Counselling we offer emotional support and mental well-being counselling to our local community in Plymouth and all over the UK.  Our goal is to make counselling accessible to everyone who wishes to lighten their burdens, worries, anxieties or mental health problems.
