Objects: To Advance The Education Of The Public, The Scientific Community, University Researchers And Academics In The Subject Of The Rare Earth And Actinide Elements (The F-Elements) In Such Ways As The Charity Trustees Think Fit, Including But Not Limited To:• Fostering And Encouraging The Growth And Application Of The Chemical Sciences Of The Rare Earth And Actinide Elements (The F-Elements) By The Dissemination Of Knowledge From Academic Research Through Publications, Awarding Of Small Grants And/or Prizes, Promoting Educational And Outreach Activities Such As Workshops And Summer Schools, And Maintaining Close Contacts With Similar Societies And Organisations In Europe And Internationally;• Coordinating The Organisation Of The Triennial International Conference On F-Elements (Icfe), In Coordination With Other Similar Conferences, To Disseminate The Latest Academic Research;• Serving The Public Interest By Acting In An Advisory, Consultative, Or Representative Capacity In Matters Relating To This Area Of Chemical Science.
