Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are To Relieve The Needs Of Children Under The Age Of 18 With A Cancer Diagnosis, And To Relieve The Needs Of Their Parents, Siblings, And Other Persons Connected To Them As The Trustees May Determine, Including Those Who Have Lost A Child Under The Age Of 18 To Cancer, In Essex, London, The Home Counties (Hertfordshire, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire), And Such Other Areas As The Trustees May Determine, In Particular But Not Exclusively By:1. The Provision Of Holistic And Tailored Support — Including Coaching, Health And Wellbeing Workshops, Health And Wellbeing Care Packs, And Other Activities To Promote Positive Emotional, Physical, Social, And Spiritual Wellbeing.2. The Provision Of Gifts, Respite, And Memory-Making Activities To Strengthen Family Connection And Support Emotional Wellbeing.3. The Provision Of Art, Sound, And Other Therapeutic Services Not Provided By The NHS Which Promote Positive Emotional, Physical, Social, And Spiritual Wellbeing.4. The Signposting Of Parents And Families Experiencing Financial Hardship Arising From A Child’s Cancer Diagnosis To Appropriate Government Departments, Agencies, Organisations, And Charities That Can Assist With Financial Support.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
