Signposting To Alternative Organisations Who Can Provide Additional Support To Families.for The Purposes Of The Above Objects, Special Educational Needs And Disabilities (Send) Are Defined As A Child Or Young Person Up To The Age Of 25 Who Has Special Educational Needs And Disabilities If They Have A Learning Difficulty And/or A Disability That Means They Need Special Health And Education Support.
