Objects: The Object Of The CIO Is To Relieve The Needs Of Disabled Individuals In Barrow-In-Furness, Westmorland And Furness, And Surrounding Areas. In Particular But Not Exclusively By Delivering Advice, Information, And Tailored Support To Address Their Specific Needs And Enhance Their Quality Of Life And Engaging With The Wider Community To Promote Greater Understanding And Awareness Of Disability. Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
