**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, TO PROVIDE RELIEF TO CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN ISRAEL WHO ARE, OR ARE AT HIGH RISK OF BECOMING, HOMELESS, INCLUDING DUE TO HAVING SUFFERED DOMESTIC OR OTHER ABUSE, MENTAL ILL-HEALTH, OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE, AND PRINCIPALLY BY FUNDING THE WORK OF HUT HAMESHULASH, A REGISTERED NOT-FOR PROFIT ORGANISATION IN ISRAEL:(1) THROUGH THE PROVISION OF DROP-IN CENTRES, SHELTERS AND ACCOMMODATION FOR HOMELESS CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE TYPICALLY BETWEEN THE AGES OF 15 AND 25; AND(2) THROUGH THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING, VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND OTHER REHABILITATIVE PROGRAMMES; AND(3) THROUGH SUCH OTHER ACTIVITIES AS WILL BENEFIT CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AND HELP THEM TO FIND POSITIVE ROLES IN SOCIETY.

**Activities:** Helping teenagers and young adults facing homelessness due to family crisis and abuse, by providing drop-in centres and other facilities, counselling, vocational training, rehabilitative programmes and general assistance.
