**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: (1) TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC AND MEMBERS OF THE REGIMENTS IN THE HISTORY AND MILITARY ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF THE REGIMENTS; (2) TO PROMOTE MILITARY EFFICIENCY AND ENCOURAGE RECRUITMENT BY PUBLIC EXHIBITION OF THE COLLECTION IN A MUSEUM OR MUSEUMS OR SUCH OTHER PUBLIC PLACES AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE; AND (3) TO CONSERVE, RESTORE, REPAIR, RE-CONSTRUCT AND PRESERVE OBJECTS IN THE COLLECTION.

**Activities:** The organisation advances its charitable purposes primarily through the operation of a museum that preserves, interprets, and displays the history and heritage of the Staffordshire Regiment and the Mercian Regiment. The museum is open to the public 7-days a week and provides educational benefit by enabling visitors to learn about the Regiment&#x27;s role, traditions, and contribution.
