**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SOCIAL, CULTURAL AND SPORTING HERITAGE AND DEVELOPMENT OF BRIGHTON AND HOVE ALBION FOOTBALL CLUB BY THE PRESERVATION AND EXHIBITION OF ITEMS, BOTH TANGIBLE AND INTANGIBLE, OF EDUCATIONAL AND/OR HERITAGE VALUE, AND THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF A MUSEUM COLLECTION.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE.
