**Objects:** THE PURPOSE OF THE DISTRICT COMMUNITY CHARITY IS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RELIEVE SICKNESS OR ILL-HEALTH AMONG CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, IN WILTSHIRE, SOMERSET AND DORSET, PARTICULARLY THOSE WHO HAVE LIFE LIMITING CONDITIONS, AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE, BY: (1) ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF ITEMS, SERVICES AND FACILITIES TO EASE THE SUFFERING OR TO PROVIDE COMFORTS FOR THOSE PEOPLE; AND (2) PROVIDING GRANTS OR FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO CHARITY PROJECTS OR FAMILIES SUPPORTING CHILDREN/YOUNG PEOPLE SUFFERING WITH LIFE-LIMITING CONDITIONS.

**Activities:** The charity will source subscriptions from members of the public in exchange for discounts in the town and surrounding area of Warminster via the DISCOM scheme. We will also complete fundraising events. Money raised will go to Wonder Wards who support terminally ill children.
