Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are To Promote Equality And Diversity In The UK Sports Media Industryby:i. Organising A Series Of Development Sessions Where Young, Diverse Individuals Areprovided With Valuable Insights, Skills, And Knowledge Related To The Sports Media Industry;ii. Offering Participants A Clear Understanding Of The Various Pathways Available Within Thesports Media Industry, To Help Demystify The Industry And Equip Participants With Theinformation They Need To Navigate Their Careers Effectively;iii. Actively Creating Opportunities For Participants To Gain Practical Experience In The Industry,providing Hands-On Exposure For Building Confidence, Honing Skills, And Gaining A Deeperunderstanding Of The Field;iv. Emphasising Networking, To Give Participants The Chance To Connect With Industryprofessionals Which Can Lead To Mentorship, Job Opportunities, And Collaborations; Andv. Collaborating With Industry Giants, With Such Partnerships Providing Resources, Expertiseand Support, To Enhance The Impact Of The Cio’s Initiatives.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For Thepurposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Section 7 Of The Charities And Trusteeinvestment (Scotland) Act 2005.
