**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING AND EMOTIONAL DISTRESS OF PERSONS LIVING IN SOUTH TYNESIDE AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED THE LOSS OF A CHILD, BY:(A) SUPPORTING NEWLY BEREAVED PARENTS BY PROVIDING PEER SUPPORT, REMEMBRANCE EVENTS, COMFORT PACKS, MEMORY BOXES AND SAFE SPACES FOR SHARED GRIEVING AND EMOTIONAL HEALING.(B) PROVIDING THERAPEUTIC ITEMS TO CHILDREN’S BEREAVEMENT SERVICES IN THE UK HOSPITALS AND BY OFFERING VOLUTEER-LED OUTREACH IN THOSE SETTINGS.
