Sesame Organisation employs intersectional approaches to promote racial harmony for the public benefit and to relieve the needs of those experiencing or at risk of poor mental health, particularly amongst persons of East and Southeast Asian (ESEA) heritages. We achieve this through our free mental health services, and our training and education for all.

Objects: 1. The Promotion Of Racial Harmony For The Public Benefit By: (A) Promoting Knowledge And Mutual Understanding Between Different Racial Groups;(b) Advancing Education And Raising Awareness About Different Racial Groups To Promote Good Relations Between Persons Of Different Racial Groups;(c) Working Towards The Elimination Of Discrimination On The Grounds Of Race.2. To Relieve The Needs Of Those Experiencing Or At Risk Of Poor Mental Health, Particularly Amongst Persons Of East And Southeast Asian Heritage, Including Those From Mixed Heritage In The UK, This Will Be Achieved By (Without Limitation) Offering Access To Therapy Sessions, Cultural Competence Training, Befriending Support Services, Conducting Research, Providing Information Surrounding Mental Health And Providing Activities That Are Directed Towards Relieving The Effects Of Stress To Provide Comfort And Relaxation.
