AfriCarib Giving promotes effective charitable giving by operating a trustee-controlled grant-making platform. We provide donor administration, apply Gift Aid and make grants to UK-registered charities delivering public benefit. We operate throughout England and Wales, with an engagement focus on encouraging philanthropy within African and Caribbean communities.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are, For The Public Benefit:to Further Such Purposes As Are Exclusively Charitable According To The Law Of England And Wales As The Trustees May From Time To Time Determine, In Particular By Promoting And Facilitating Charitable Giving And Philanthropy By Making Grants And Providing Support To Charities And Charitable Purposes Recognised As Exclusively Charitable Under The Law Of England And Wales, At The Discretion Of The Trustees, In Particular By:• Making Grants To Charities Registered With A UK Charity Regulator, Namely The Charity Commission For England And Wales, The Office Of The Scottish Charity Regulator, And The Charity Commission For Northern Ireland; And• Encouraging And Supporting Charitable Giving, Especially Among African And Caribbean Communities In The United Kingdom.in Making Grants To Charities Registered Outside England And Wales, The Trustees Shall Ensure That Any Such Grant Is Applied For Purposes That Are Charitable Under The Law Of England And Wales And That The Trustees Retain Sufficient Oversight To Satisfy Themselves That The Funds Are Applied For Charitable Purposes.
