**Objects:** TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF MEDSTEAD, HAMPSHIRE (AND NEIGHBOURING COMMUNITIES) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, NATIONALITY, AGE, DISABILITY, RACE OR POLITICAL OR RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS ANY EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND BY SUCH MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.

**Activities:** The Medstead Village Trust makes grants to organisations (and individuals) for exclusively charitable purposes for the benefit of the inhabitants of Medstead village and neighbouring communities.  Our principal fundraising event is an annual village fete and the net proceeds of this and any other fundraising events are distributed via an annual grant application process.
