**Objects:** THE ADVANCEMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE.TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO THE AGE OF 25 LIVING IN BEXLEY, LEWISHAM AND GREENWICH BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND ORGANISING PROGRAMMES OF EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AS A MEANS OF:(A) ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS;(B) ADVANCING EDUCATION; AND(C) RELIEVING UNEMPLOYMENT.

**Activities:** Equal Pathways provides legal work experience, mentoring and skills workshops for students up to 25 in Bexley, Lewisham and Greenwich boroughs. Equal Pathways&#x27; works aims to partner with top law firms and corporate organisations to advance education, develop employability skills and improve access to careers in the legal profession, particularly for those facing barriers to employment.
