Objects: The Charity Is Established To Further The Following Charitable Purposes By Delivering Humanitarian Aid, Development Programmes, And Support Services, Either Directly Or Through Trusted Local Partners:- To Relieve Poverty Or Financial Hardship In The UK And Internationally;to Advance Education Among Socially And Economically Disadvantaged Communities;3. To Relieve The Financial Need And Suffering Among Victims Of Natural Or Other Kinds Of Disaster By Supplying Food, Water, Shelter, Medical Aid And Other Humanitarian Support; And4. To Preserve And Protect Good Health Among Socially Or Economically Disadvantaged Individuals And Communities. Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
