Objects: 3.1 The Objects Of The CIO Are For The Public Benefit To:3.1.1 Restore, Preserve, Repair, Maintain And Improve New Hall Water Mill (Which Shall Include The Machinery Of The Mill And The Surrounding Grounds And Buildings) As A Building Of Historical Interest;3.1.2 Advance The Education Of The Public Through Access To New Hall Water Mill As A Working Water Mill And Enhancing The Public Knowledge And Understanding Of Its Historical Role And Local Significance; And3.1.3 Provide, Or Assist In The Provision Of, For The Benefit Of Inhabitants Of And Visitors To Sutton Coldfield And The Surrounding Area, Facilities At Or Close To New Hall Water Mill For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation For The Public At Large In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving The Condition Of Life Of The Said Beneficiaries.
