## Activities

**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: TO ADVANCE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN, AND APPRECIATION OF, THE ART AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC IN ALL ITS ASPECTS BY MEANS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT, INCLUDING THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC CONCERTS AND RECITALS.

**Activities:** The YMS organises circa 8 or 9 classical music concerts per year, which involve world-class professional musicians, gifted amateur musicians and/or musicians in the early stages of their career, as soloists, in small ensembles, or in full orchestras.  It seeks to foster classical music in a local and rural setting, keeping audience costs well below main-stream concert halls, and free to children.
