Objects: 1. For The Public Benefit, To Relieve The Needs Of Those People, Primarily, But Not Limited To, Older People Aged 60+, Who Are In Need By Reason Of Their Poverty Or Financial Hardship, Age, Disability, Ill-Health, Or Poor Housing Conditions, In Particular For Those With A Strong Local Connection To Framlingham Or The Abutting Villages, By Providing: A. Suitable, Safe, And Adapted Almshouses Accommodation. B. Support To Facilitate Independent Living; C. Such Other Support, Services Or Facilities As The Trustees Shall In Their Absolute Discretion Determine. 2. To Further Such Other Charitable Purposes, Which Are Charitable Under The Law Of England And Wales, For The Benefit Of The Almshouse Residents, And For The General Inhabitants Of Framlingham And The Abutting Villages.for The Purposes Of This Clause, A Strong Local Connection, Includes, But Is Not Limited To, The Below Factors:1. Long-Term Residence In The Area2. Close Family Living Locally3. Ongoing Reliance On Local Services4. A Partner Or Close Relative In Local Residential Or Nursing Care
