FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OF PET OWNERS IN HERTFORDSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WHO ARE UNABLE TO FEED DOMESTIC ANIMALS THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BY THE PROVISION OF FOOD FOR CATS AND KITTENS.
