**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS AND TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS AND/OR DISABILITIES (SEND), AND THEIR PARENTS, CARERS AND FAMILIES BY PROVIDING RESPITE, SUPPORT, ADVICE AND ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING COMMUNITY-BASED SUPPORT, FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES, VOLUNTEERS AND FACILITIES, AND, WHERE APPROPRIATE, SUPPORT FOR DISABLED CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE LIVING WITHIN THE FAMILY HOME.

**Activities:** We are creating an inclusive community hub in Pontefract for children and families with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We provide peer support, wellbeing sessions, inclusive activities and safe social spaces. We are restoring a long-vacant historic church building to create a welcoming, accessible space for the whole community.
