**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF DOGS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION, BY REASON OF SICKNESS, MALTREATMENT, POOR CIRCUMSTANCES OR ILL USAGE, PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE SOUTH YORKSHIRE REGION, THROUGH PROVIDING THEM WITH ROUTINE AND EMERGENCY VETERINARY CARE, PLACING THEM INTO APPROPRIATE FOSTER HOMES AND ACTIVELY SEEKING A PERMANENT HOME, INCLUDING THOSE WITH BEHAVIOURAL CHALLENGES THAT CAN BE REHABILITATED AND SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE.
