Activities
Inner Peace Foundation delivers wellbeing education, Mental health support and practical support to individuals and families across England and Wales through Yoga and Meditation. We run workshops, online sessions and community outreach to promote emotional resilience and healthy living, and provide targeted food support for those experiencing financial hardship.
Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:1) For The Public Benefit, The Relief Of People In Need In The UK Who May Be Experiencing Or At Risk Of Experiencing Poor Mental Health, In Particular But Not Exclusively Through Workshops And Online Sessions That Teach Practices Such As Meditation, Mindfulness, And Yoga Therapy.2) For The Public Benefit, The Advancement Of The Education Of The Public In The Philosophy, Teachings And Practices Of Non-Dual Vedanta And Its Practical Applications In Life.3) To Relieve Poverty And Improve Health For The Public Benefit By Providing Food To Those In Need And By The Provision Of Information And Advice On Healthy Eating And Nutrition.
