**Objects:** THE CHARITY'S OBJECTIVES ARE TO ADVANCE,IMPROVE. DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN, AND APPRECIATION OF, THE ART AND SCIENCE OF WOMEN'S BARBERSHOP STYLE BY ANY MEANS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT, INCLUDING THROUGH THE PRESNTATION OF PUIBLIC EVENTS.

**Activities:** Blackdown Acapella is a vocal harmony chorus made up of women of all ages. The chorus is registered with LABBS, ladies Association of British barbershop singers. The chorus sings in a four part harmony with no instrumental accompaniment. The chorus preforms for local events, charities and in competitions across the country. Blackdown Acapella run educational programs for those wishing to join.
