For the public benefit, to relieve the needs of adult individuals who are or are at risk of rough sleeping and homelessness including those experiencing rough sleeping in rural areas, by providing:outreach services to provide advice and support about their optionsa housing first service to support former homeless adults by offering support in their home aimed at upskilling and supporting
Objects: The Object Of The CIO Is:for The Public Benefit, To Relieve The Needs Of Adult Individuals Who Are Or Are At Risk Of Rough Sleeping And Homelessness Including Those Experiencing Rough Sleeping In Rural Areas, By Providing:• Outreach Services To Provide Advice And Support About Their Options• A Housing First Service To Support Former Homeless Adults By Offering Support In Their Home Aimed At Upskilling And Supporting, Reducing The Need For Multiple Moves And Aims To Prevent Repeat Homelessness• A Direct Access Solution At The Dairy House Hostel Which Aims To Act As A Place Of Change To Support Individuals To Be Tenancy Ready For Move On• Additional Rural Hostels In Somerset Or Elsewhere In England Following A Similar Model As Dairy House.• Any Other Complimentary/holistic Service To Support The Aims Of Preventing And Reducing Rough Sleeping And Single Homelessness.promoting Public Awareness And Understanding Of Homelessness Issues, With A Focus On Rural Rough Sleeping, And To Engage In Campaigning And Advocacy To Influence Policies And Practices That Aim To Prevent And Reduce Homelessness.• Co-Operate And Collaborate With Other Voluntary Organisations, Public Bodies, And Community Groups To Provide Services In A Coordinated Way And To Share Knowledge And Resources To Better Address The Needs Of Rough Sleepers Or Individuals At Risk Of Rough Sleeping.• Undertaking Other Charitable Activities Which Are In Furtherance Of The Above Objects Or Which The Trustees Consider Conductive To Achieving The Aims Of The Charity.
