Barnoq Empowerment Alliance promotes social inclusion among refugees, asylum seekers and migrants by providing English language and vocational training, community workshops, support forums and local events. The charity helps beneficiaries integrate, access services and participate more fully in community life across England.

Objects: 1) The Promotion Of Social Inclusion For The Public Benefit Among Refugees, Asylum Seekers And Migrants Who Are Socially Excluded On The Grounds Of Their Ethnic Origin, Social And Economic Position, Poverty, Financial Hardship Or Unemployment, By Providing:a) Education And Training In The English Language And In Vocational Skills;b) Social And Recreational Facilities And Events Involving The Local Community.c) Providing A Local Network Group That Encourages And Enables Members Of The Migrant Community To Participate More Effectively With The Wider Community;d) Increasing, Or Co-Ordinating, Opportunities For Members Of The Refuge And Migrant Community To Engage With Service Providers, To Enable Those Providers To Adapt Services To Better Meet The Needs Of That Community.e) Raising Public Awareness Of The Issues Affecting The Refugee And Migrant Community, Both Generally And In Relation To Their Social Exclusion;f) Providing Workshops, Forums, Advocacy And General Support;
