**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THOSE WHO ARE CARING FOR OR WHO HAVE CARED FOR THE ELDERLY, DISABLED OR THOSE IN POOR MENTAL AND/OR PHYSICAL HEALTH ON AN UNPAID BASIS IN GREATER MANCHESTER BY PROVIDING PEER SUPPORT, INFORMATION, RESOURCES, PRACTICAL GUIDANCE AND SIGNPOSTING SERVICES.

**Activities:** We keep things simple because caring is already demanding. Our approach focuses on early support that strengthens a carers well-being before pressure builds. We listen first without rushing anyone. Then we offer small, steady steps practical advice, gentle check-ins, and community activities that help people feel less alone. No complicated processes. No long assessments
