Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are For The Public Benefit In Masaiti And Luanshya Zambia:-1. To Advance Education, In Particular But Not Exclusively Of Children Living In Masaiti And Luanshya, Zambia, Through The Facilitation Of Access To Quality Education By Supporting Schools, Providing Essential Learning Materials, And Tuition Fees For Children; 2. To Relieve Poverty By Providing Access To Develop And Maintain Water And Safe Drinking Water For Families, Distributing Clothing And Essential Items To Children To Ensure Their Basic Needs Are Met And Working Collaboratively With Local Communities In Masaiti And Luanshya To Create Long-Term, Sustainable Solutions That Address Poverty. 3. To Provide Or Assist In The Provision Of Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disability, Financial Hardship Or Social Circumstances With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (scotland) Act 2005] And [section 2 Of The Charities Act (northern Ireland) 2008].
