Objects: The Following Objectives Of The CIO Are For The Public Benefit: - To Relieve Financial Hardship And To Promote The Relief Of Those Who Are In Need, By Reason Of Injury, Ill Health, Disability, Or Financial Hardship, Among Current And Former Boxers In England. - To Promote Community Participation In Healthy Recreation By Providing Facilities, Equipment, Coaching, And Support To Amateur Boxing Gyms In Socially Or Economically Disadvantaged Communities Across England.- To Promote And Protect Good Physical And Mental Health Among Current And Former Boxers Through Access To Training, Rehabilitation, Counselling, And Mentoring. Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
