Objects: The Object Of The CIO Is:- To Relieve The Needs Of People Living With Dementia In Gwynedd, And To Support Their Carers And Families By:-Making Grants Or Providing Other Resources To Organisations Delivering Dementia-Related Activities That Align With The Cio’s Aims, Raising Awareness Of Dementia Within The Community, And Promoting Co Production And Lived-Experience Involvement In Shaping Services;supporting Programmes And Initiatives That Reduce Isolation, Strengthen Community Connections, And Enhance Physical, Mental And Emotional Health And Wellbeing For People Affected By Dementia;providing Or Enabling Access To Information, Support, Advocacy, Community-Based Activities, And Other Forms Of Charitable Assistance That Improve Health And Wellbeing, Dignity, Inclusion And Quality Of Life; Andby Supporting Any Other Activity That Is Exclusively Charitable Under The Law Of England And Wales Where IT Would Further The Above Object. Nothing In The Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (scotland) Act 2005 And [section 2 Of The Charities Act (northern Ireland) 2008].
