**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO, TO BE CARRIED OUT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN NAPTON, WARWICKSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, IS: 1) THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION IN PARTICULAR BY: A) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PARTICIPATING IN PADEL TENNIS;B) THE MAKING OF GRANTS TO LOCAL SPORTS CLUBS THAT PROVIDE FACILITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN SPORTS CAPABLE OF PROMOTING PHYSICAL HEALTH AND FITNESS.(FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE ‘FACILITIES’ MEANS LAND, BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT, ACCESS TO COACHING AND ORGANISING SPORTING ACTIVITIES).

**Activities:** The Charity will promote participation in healthy recreation in the local community, specifically through; a) the provision of facilities for participating in Padel tennis  b) the making of grants to local sports clubs that provide facilities to participate in sports capable of promoting physical health, fitness and wellbeing.
