**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS AND DISABILITIES (SEND) AND THOSE EXPERIENCING OR AT RISK OF EXPERIENCING POOR MENTAL HEALTH, BY THE PROVISION OF OUTDOOR EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NATURE PLAY, WOODLAND EXPLORATION, OUTDOOR COOKING AND ANIMAL INTERACTION, IN A CALM, SAFE, AND INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT.

**Activities:** The Acrewood Project is an inclusive outdoor learning and wellbeing initiative in North Cornwall. We provide nature-based, animal-assisted activities for children and young people, particularly those with SEND or who need alternative provision. Through homesteading, animal care, gardening and bushcraft, Acrewood builds confidence, emotional regulation, life skills and connection to nature.
