**Objects:** 1.TO PROMOTE THE GOOD MENTAL HEALTH OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION AND ACTIVITIES DESIGNED TO INCREASE UNDERSTANDING OF MENTAL HEALTH AND TRAUMA, AND HOW INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANISATIONS CAN BETTER SUPPORT THOSE WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED TRAUMA 2.TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES AND/OR WHO HAVE HAD TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES TO ENHANCE THEIR GENERAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING

**Activities:** Thrive Health Alliance provides trauma informed, non clinical early intervention and recovery support for adults aged 18 and over and young people aged 16 to 25 affected by mental health challenges, trauma and domestic abuse. We deliver one to one support, group activities and workshops in person and online to promote wellbeing, reduce isolation and prevent crisis.
