**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION THROUGH THE GAME OF CRICKET BY PROVIDING COACHING AND TRAINING SESSIONS.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].

**Activities:** Ashys Cricket Academy provides inclusive cricket facilities, coaching and structured sessions for young people, individuals with disabilities, those in need, SEND participants and older people. We use cricket to improve physical health, confidence and wellbeing, promote social inclusion and strengthen community engagement in local areas.
