Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are: A. To Relieve Sickness And Promote Health For The Public Benefit In Socially Or Economically Disadvantaged Communities In Pakistan, In Particular (But Not Exclusively) In And Around Gujar Khan, By Improving Access To Existing Healthcare Services, Donating Essential Medical Supplies And Equipment, And Facilitating Transport For Those Unable To Reach Medical Facilities. B. To Advance Health Education And Training For The Public Benefit By Providing Instruction And Capacity-Building In Home-Based Care To Individuals, Families, And Community Members, Including Through The Development Of Local Training Programmes And Partnerships With Healthcare Educators.c. To Relieve Financial Hardship Among Individuals In Need By Supporting Low-Income Households To Access Essential Medical Care, Supplies, And Training. This Will Be Particularly Where Gaps In Public Provision Or Affordability Prevent Timely Treatment Or Adequate Care At Home. Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
