Activities

Borrow It! is a "library of things". We are a club that lend drills, sanders, jet-washers, sewing machines, blenders, ladders and much more. Borrow It has several collection points in Islington and Welwyn Garden City where you can collect pre-ordered items for a weekly loan. Membership is often free for residents in social housing or at a low monthly costs for other residents

Objects: 1. To Advance Education By Delivering Training, Workshops, And Learning Opportunities That Develop Life Skills, Particularly In Home Improvements, Repair, Reuse, And Sustainable Living.2. To Promote Environmental Protection By Encouraging The Sharing, Reuse, And Repair Of Goods, Thereby Reducing Waste.3. To Relieve Financial Hardship By Providing Affordable Or Free Access To Tools And Household Items For Individuals And Families On Low Income Or In Social Housing Where There Is Genuine Need.
