**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:- THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF SOUTH WALES AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE PLAYING OF RUGBY UNION AND SUCH OTHER AMATEUR SPORTS CAPABLE OF PROMOTING HEALTHY RECREATION.- THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONG THE INHABITANTS OF SOUTH WALES AND SURROUNDING AREAS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION, INFORMATION, ADVICE AND SUPPORT IN RELATION TO, FITNESS, LIFESTYLE CHOICES, NUTRITION, AND PHYSICAL EXERCISE.

**Activities:** The initiative is dedicated to promoting community participation in healthy  recreational  activities, primarily  Rugby  Union,  but  also through other sporting avenues for the benefit of residents in South Wales and beyond. Our activities are designed to enhance physical and mental health, improve  wellbeing,  foster  social  skills,  and  provide  valuable life experiences.
